I have a question regarding dairy products. I have always heard that dairy is BAD for a female, yet lately I'm hearing that I should be eating cottage cheese pre-workout and mixing my protein shakes with skim milk post workout! I've always mixed my shakes with water and I've never eaten cottage cheese, but I am now in a muscle building phase and the research I'm doing is saying otherwise. I would welcome anyone's advice, personal experience, etc.
